Preparatory Process

Design the one of the central part for making distinguished terry towel. Our cool-headed brilliant design team produces inventive and dominant designs. They also work with client based cross examination combining with their expertise.
The warping consists of collecting scheduled number of ends from a set of wound package. Each strand is wound at just the right tension as dictated by the plans, creating the foundation for beams that are able to weave towels with a variety of characteristics.
Sizing is the most important segment of weaving preparatory process. It is a pretreatment for yarns to be processed as warps for weaving onto textile fabrics. Sizing protects the yarn against mechanical stress in the weaving process by the application of a sizing agent.

Weaving

After sizing the beams are picked up by a hydraulic lift truck and transported to Rapier Looms. When a new beam is attached to the loom, the new yarn is joined to the existing warp. Approximately 3,000 – 5,000 strands of yarn are carefully combed and set in a tying machine to be joined before weaving can resume. Weaving is being constantly monitored to ensure quality, sizes, weights, reed/picks & designs are strictly in accordance with Customer needs. Then the finished product of weaving section i.e. grey towel is checked in various ways by Fabrics Inspection Machine before being sent to the Dyeing & Processing Section.

Dyeing and Processing

Our automated Bleaching and Dyeing process is adopted to ensure colors are bright and high level of softness, dimensional stability and absorbency is achieved. In this process our first precaution is to use the best quality of dyes and chemicals which should not be harmful for the environment as well as human being, so to care for this we use Dyes and Chemicals from well known manufacturers. After that the dyed towel is opened through Automated Towel Opener. The Towel Opener is another automated machine which opens the bleached and dyed towels at a right shape and towels are dried through automated drier. After Dyeing, inspection of towel is being conducted to ensure color matching, softness & hand feel meet order requirements.

Sewing and Finishing

Finally, the terry towels come to our Sewing and Finishing department where Cutting, Stitching, Labeling, Checking and Packing is carried out with the best of manpower. Cutting and Sewing is being done on latest Machines in line with International Standards. We finally check each and every piece from all aspects to fulfill our commitment with our client.

Quality Control

Ensuring the quality of our products at every stage of our production is our first priority hence under no circumstances we do compromise with the quality of our products. All preliminary processes such as bleaching, dyeing and the introductory process prior to weaving are done with absolute care, under direct supervision to ensures that only the better quality products are passed on to the next stage. We have the highest standards for maintaining quality starting from sourcing of raw materials till our products is finally shipped away and this is being managed by the best tools and workforce. Furthermore we have a dedicated quality controlling team who visits factories on regular basis and when a new order goes in to production they are active in order to ensure that the lines are well set and buyers’ quality standards are maintained.
After the towels are complete, each of them is again checked manually for faults. Only the ones that conform to our strict quality standards are packed for shipping.
