Preparatory Process

Our design team crafts exceptional terry towels with innovative designs, working closely with clients to bring their visions to life. The preparatory process involves warping, where yarns are carefully tensioned and gathered into beams, and sizing, which treats these yarns to enhance their durability and performance during weaving. This meticulous process ensures the foundation for creating high-quality towels with distinct characteristics.

Weaving

After sizing, beams are transported to Rapier Looms using a hydraulic lift truck. New yarn is joined to the existing warp, with 3,000–5,000 strands carefully aligned and tied before weaving begins. Weaving is meticulously monitored to ensure adherence to customer specifications for quality, size, weight, and design. Finished grey towels are inspected with a Fabrics Inspection Machine before moving on to the Dyeing & Processing section.

Dyeing and Processing

Our automated dyeing process ensures vibrant colors, exceptional softness, and superior dimensional stability and absorbency. We use high-quality, eco-friendly dyes and chemicals from reputable manufacturers. Once dyed, towels are processed through an Automated Towel Opener to achieve the perfect shape, then dried with an automated drier. Each towel undergoes a final inspection to confirm color accuracy, softness, texture, and hand feel, meeting all order specifications.

Sewing and Finishing

In our Sewing and Finishing department, terry towels are expertly cut, stitched, labeled, and packed using advanced machinery and international standards. Every towel undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure it meets our quality commitments and exceeds client expectations.
